Ingredients
  

  • | Cooked chicken breast diced | 2 cups |
  • | Low-carb tortillas | 4 tortillas |
  • | Shredded mozzarella cheese | 1 cup |
  • | Shredded cheddar cheese | ½ cup |
  • | Garlic cloves minced | 3 cloves |
  • | Olive oil | 1 tablespoon |
  • | Butter | 1 tablespoon |
  • | Garlic powder | ½ teaspoon |
  • | Italian seasoning | ½ teaspoon |
  • | Salt | ¼ teaspoon |
  • | Black pepper | ¼ teaspoon |
  • | Fresh parsley chopped | 1 tablespoon |

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for several minutes until the chicken becomes lightly golden and fragrant.
  2. Place the low-carb tortillas on a flat surface and divide the cooked garlic chicken evenly among them. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken filling.
  3. Fold the tortillas tightly into wraps, tucking the sides as you roll so the filling stays inside.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook until the tortillas become golden and crispy while the cheese inside melts into a creamy filling. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
