Ingredients
  

  • | Boneless skinless chicken breast cubed | 2 cups (about 400 g) |
  • | Broccoli florets | 3 cups |
  • | Cream cheese softened | 4 oz (115 g) |
  • | Sour cream | ½ cup |
  • | Shredded cheddar cheese | 1 cup |
  • | Cooked bacon chopped | 4 slices |
  • | Garlic powder | ½ teaspoon |
  • | Onion powder | ½ teaspoon |
  • | Salt | ½ teaspoon |
  • | Black pepper | ¼ teaspoon |
  • | Olive oil | 1 tablespoon |

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and arrange the broccoli florets evenly across the bottom. Toss the cubed chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the seasoned chicken pieces over the broccoli in the baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, followed by the chopped crispy bacon pieces.
  4. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese on top becomes bubbly and golden. Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
