Ingredients
  

  • | Cooked chicken breast diced | 1½ cups (about 300 g) |
  • | Cottage cheese | 1 cup |
  • | Marinara sauce | ½ cup |
  • | Shredded mozzarella cheese | ½ cup |
  • | Grated Parmesan cheese | 2 tablespoons |
  • | Olive oil | 1 teaspoon |
  • | Garlic powder | ½ teaspoon |
  • | Italian seasoning | ½ teaspoon |
  • | Salt | ¼ teaspoon |
  • | Black pepper | ¼ teaspoon |
  • | Fresh parsley chopped | 1 tablespoon |

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven or broiler. In a bowl, toss the diced cooked chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper so the chicken becomes evenly coated with seasoning.
  2. Spread the cottage cheese evenly into an oven-safe bowl or small baking dish to create the creamy base layer.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken on top of the cottage cheese layer, then spoon marinara sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly across the top.
  4. Place the bowl under a broiler or in a hot oven until the cheese becomes melted and bubbly with light golden spots. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
