Ingredients
  

  • | Cola chilled, such as Coke or Pepsi | 1 can (12 oz) |
  • | Coconut creamer or coconut milk | 2 tbsp |
  • | Cherry syrup grenadine or maraschino cherry juice | 1 tbsp |
  • | Ice cubes | 1 cup |

Method
 

  1. Begin by choosing a tall, clear glass to showcase the beautiful layering and color contrast of the drink.
  2. Fill the glass completely with ice cubes to ensure the drink stays cold and refreshing.
  3. Gently shake the glass to settle the ice evenly and remove any large gaps.
  4. Slowly pour the chilled cola over the ice, allowing the carbonation to settle naturally.
  5. Leave about an inch of space at the top of the glass for the remaining ingredients.
  6. Add the cherry syrup by pouring it directly into the soda; it will sink and create a vibrant red layer at the bottom.
  7. Avoid stirring at this stage to maintain the layered effect.
  8. In a small cup, measure the coconut creamer or coconut milk and stir it briefly to ensure a smooth consistency.
  9. Slowly pour the coconut creamer over the soda, aiming for the center to create a cascading swirl effect.
  10. Watch as the white coconut cream blends with the dark soda and red syrup, forming a stunning marbled pattern.
  11. Allow the drink to sit for a few seconds so the layers naturally settle into a visually appealing design.
  12. Lightly stir once or twice if you prefer a more uniform flavor throughout the drink.
  13. Taste the drink and adjust sweetness by adding more cherry syrup if desired.
  14. For a richer texture, add an extra tablespoon of coconut creamer.
  15. Optionally garnish with a maraschino cherry on top for a classic finishing touch.
