Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast cubed or shredded
  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh or lightly steamed
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your baking dish with olive oil
  2. Wash and cut broccoli into small bite-sized florets
  3. Lightly steam or blanch the broccoli for 2–3 minutes, then drain and set aside to keep it tender-crisp
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese and mayonnaise
  5. Mix until smooth and lump-free
  6. Pour in heavy cream and stir continuously until the mixture becomes silky
  7. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika
  8. Mix well to evenly distribute seasoning
  9. Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese into the mixture
  10. Stir until everything is well combined and creamy
  11. Add cooked chicken pieces into the bowl
  12. Fold gently to coat chicken evenly with the creamy mixture
  13. Add broccoli florets and mix carefully to avoid breaking them
  14. Transfer the entire mixture into the prepared baking dish
  15. Spread evenly using a spatula
  16. Sprinkle extra mozzarella or cheddar cheese on top for a golden crust
  17. Place the dish in the preheated oven
  18. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top
  19. Turn on broil for 2–3 minutes for a slightly crispy cheese topping
  20. Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes
  21. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
  22. Serve warm for best flavor and texture
