Ingredients
  

  • | Cottage cheese | 1 cup |
  • | Grated Parmesan cheese | ¼ cup |
  • | Garlic powder | ½ teaspoon |
  • | Black pepper | ¼ teaspoon |
  • | Sesame seeds or everything seasoning | 1 teaspoon |

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Using a spoon, place small portions of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart. Gently flatten each portion into thin rounds.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and sesame seeds over each round to enhance the flavor.
  4. Bake for about 20–25 minutes until the chips become golden brown and crisp around the edges. Allow them to cool slightly before removing from the parchment paper
