Ingredients
  

  • | Ground beef lean | 500 g |
  • | Pasta penne or rigatoni | 250 g |
  • | Olive oil | 1 tbsp |
  • | Garlic minced | 4 cloves |
  • | Onion finely chopped | 1 small |
  • | Tomato paste | 2 tbsp |
  • | Greek yogurt or cream | 1 cup |
  • | Beef broth | 1/2 cup |
  • | Parmesan cheese grated | 3/4 cup |
  • | Italian seasoning | 1 tsp |
  • | Paprika | 1/2 tsp |
  • | Salt | 1/2 tsp |
  • | Black pepper | 1/2 tsp |
  • | Fresh parsley chopped | 2 tbsp |

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
  2. Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions
  3. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain and set aside
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
  5. Add chopped onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened
  6. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds
  7. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula
  8. Cook for 6–8 minutes until browned and fully cooked
  9. Drain excess fat if necessary
  10. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1–2 minutes to deepen flavor
  11. Add beef broth and mix well, letting it simmer briefly
  12. Lower heat and add Greek yogurt or cream gradually
  13. Stir continuously to create a smooth, creamy sauce
  14. Add parmesan cheese and mix until melted and combined
  15. Season with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper
  16. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss well
  17. Add reserved pasta water if needed to loosen sauce
  18. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is coated
  19. Remove from heat and let rest briefly
  20. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan
  21. Serve warm and enjoy
