Ingredients
  

  • | Ground chicken or turkey | 500 g |
  • | Coleslaw mix cabbage + carrots | 4 cups |
  • | Garlic minced | 3 cloves |
  • | Fresh ginger minced | 1 tbsp |
  • | Soy sauce or coconut aminos | 3 tbsp |
  • | Sesame oil | 1 tbsp |
  • | Green onions chopped | 2 stalks |
  • | Olive oil | 1 tbsp |
  • | Salt | 1/2 tsp |
  • | Black pepper | 1/2 tsp |
  • | Chili flakes optional | 1/2 tsp |

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  2. Add ground chicken or turkey
  3. Break it apart using a spatula and cook until browned
  4. Cook for about 6–8 minutes until fully done
  5. Add minced garlic and ginger
  6. Stir for 30–60 seconds until fragrant
  7. Add coleslaw mix directly into the pan
  8. Stir well to combine with meat
  9. Cook for 5–7 minutes until cabbage softens but still has texture
  10. Pour in soy sauce or coconut aminos
  11. Add sesame oil for flavor
  12. Season with salt and pepper
  13. Add chili flakes if you prefer heat
  14. Stir everything together thoroughly
  15. Let it cook for another 2–3 minutes
  16. Turn off heat and let rest for 2 minutes
  17. Garnish with chopped green onions
  18. Serve immediately or portion into containers
