Blend for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth
Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to slightly thicken
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat
Lightly grease the pan with butter or oil
Pour small portions (about 2–3 tbsp) of batter onto the pan
Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface
Carefully flip the pancakes using a spatula
Cook the other side for another 1–2 minutes until golden
Repeat with remaining batter
Keep pancakes warm while cooking the rest
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings
