Method
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat
- Add steak pieces in a single layer and sear without stirring
- Cook for 3–4 minutes until browned on all sides
- Remove steak from pan and set aside
- In the same pan, add butter and minced garlic
- Stir until fragrant and slightly golden
- Add zucchini slices and sauté until tender but not mushy
- Return steak to the pan and toss everything together
- Add lemon juice and sprinkle parsley on top
- Serve immediately while hot
