Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450 g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 medium zucchini sliced into half-moons
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons 45 g butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat
  2. Add steak pieces in a single layer and sear without stirring
  3. Cook for 3–4 minutes until browned on all sides
  4. Remove steak from pan and set aside
  5. In the same pan, add butter and minced garlic
  6. Stir until fragrant and slightly golden
  7. Add zucchini slices and sauté until tender but not mushy
  8. Return steak to the pan and toss everything together
  9. Add lemon juice and sprinkle parsley on top
  10. Serve immediately while hot
