Refrigerate tzatziki for at least 10 minutes for best flavor
Prepare bowl base with rice, quinoa, or lettuce
Add cooked chicken on top
Arrange tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion around the bowl
Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese
Add a generous scoop of tzatziki sauce
Optional: add olives or avocado for extra flavor
Garnish with fresh herbs or chili flakes
