Ingredients
  

  • | Plain Greek yogurt | ½ cup |
  • | All-purpose flour | 1 cup |
  • | Protein powder vanilla or unflavored | ½ cup |
  • | Brown sugar | ⅓ cup |
  • | Egg | 1 |
  • | Vanilla extract | 1 teaspoon |
  • | Baking powder | ½ teaspoon |
  • | Baking soda | ¼ teaspoon |
  • | Salt | ¼ teaspoon |
  • | Coconut oil or melted butter | 2 tablespoons |
  • | Chocolate chips | ½ cup |

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, egg, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and brown sugar until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a soft cookie dough forms.
  3. Fold the chocolate chips into the dough so they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten them. Bake for about 10–12 minutes until the edges turn lightly golden and the centers remain soft. Allow the cookies to cool slightly before serving.
