Ingredients
  

  • | Chicken breast cooked, chopped | 400 g |
  • | Large flour tortillas | 4 |
  • | Small tortillas for center layer | 4 |
  • | Shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese | 1 cup |
  • | Greek yogurt or sour cream | 1/2 cup |
  • | Taco seasoning | 1 tbsp |
  • | Lettuce shredded | 1 cup |
  • | Tomatoes diced | 1/2 cup |
  • | Onion finely chopped | 1/3 cup |
  • | Crunchy tostada shells or tortilla chips | 4 small or 1 cup crushed |
  • | Olive oil or butter | 1 tbsp |

Method
 

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil
  2. Add cooked chicken and sprinkle taco seasoning
  3. Mix well and cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through and flavorful
  4. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt or sour cream with a pinch of seasoning for sauce
  5. Lay a large tortilla flat on a clean surface
  6. Add a layer of seasoned chicken in the center
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken
  8. Place a tostada shell or crushed chips on top for crunch
  9. Spread a layer of the creamy sauce
  10. Add lettuce, tomatoes, and onions evenly
  11. Place a small tortilla on top to cover the filling
  12. Carefully fold the edges of the large tortilla inward to form a wrap
  13. Heat a skillet over medium heat
  14. Place the wrap seam-side down in the pan
  15. Cook for 2–3 minutes until golden and sealed
  16. Flip and cook the other side until crispy
  17. Remove from heat and let it rest briefly
  18. Slice in half and serve warm
