In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth and evenly blended.
Fold the chocolate chips into the mixture so they are evenly distributed throughout the creamy base.
Line a tray with parchment paper or prepare a silicone mold. Scoop small portions of the mixture and place them onto the tray or into molds to form bite-sized portions.
Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for about 2–3 hours until the bites become firm. Remove from the freezer and enjoy immediately or store for later.
