Ingredients
  

  • | Large tortillas or protein wraps | 4 |
  • | Sliced pepperoni | ½ cup |
  • | Shredded mozzarella cheese | 1 cup |
  • | Pizza sauce | ½ cup |
  • | Cooked shredded chicken optional for extra protein | ½ cup |
  • | Italian seasoning | ½ teaspoon |
  • | Garlic powder | ¼ teaspoon |
  • | Olive oil | 1 tablespoon |
  • | Grated Parmesan cheese | 1 tablespoon |
  • | Fresh parsley optional garnish | 1 tablespoon |

Method
 

  1. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly across each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges to prevent spilling when rolled.
  2. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce, followed by pepperoni slices and optional shredded chicken. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the filling for extra flavor.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly into logs, tucking in the edges as you roll to keep the filling secure. Brush the outside lightly with olive oil and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Place the rolls seam-side down in a hot skillet or oven-safe pan and cook until the outside becomes golden and crispy and the cheese inside melts completely. Remove, slice into smaller portions if desired, and serve warm.
