Ingredients
  

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cooked ham diced
  • 4 oz 115 g cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika optional
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for greasing
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter or oil
  2. Crack all eggs into a large mixing bowl
  3. Add heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
  4. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture becomes smooth and slightly frothy
  5. Add diced ham into the egg mixture and stir gently
  6. Fold in half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese
  7. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish
  8. Distribute cream cheese cubes evenly throughout the mixture
  9. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese over the top
  10. Lightly tap the dish on the counter to remove air bubbles
  11. Place the dish in the oven on the center rack
  12. Bake for 30–40 minutes until the center is set and edges are golden
  13. Insert a knife in the center; it should come out clean when done
  14. Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden cheesy top
  15. Remove from oven and let rest for 5–10 minutes
  16. Garnish with chopped parsley
  17. Slice into squares and serve warm
