Ingredients
  

  • cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup low-carb sweetener
  • ¼ cup butter softened
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free sprinkles
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to a moderate baking temperature
  2. Add almond flour, sweetener, salt to a bowl
  3. Stir to combine evenly
  4. Add softened butter and vanilla extract
  5. Mix until dough forms
  6. Fold in sugar-free sprinkles gently
  7. Roll dough into small bite-sized portions
  8. Place on lined baking tray
  9. Bake until lightly golden
  10. Remove and cool completely
  11. Serve and enjoy
