Ingredients
  

  • | Fresh strawberries sliced | 2 cups |
  • | Fresh mangoes peeled & chopped | 3 cups |
  • | Ice cubes | 3 cups |
  • | Honey or to taste | 6 tablespoons |
  • | Cold water | 2 cups |

Method
 

  1. Prepare the strawberry layer by adding sliced strawberries, half of the ice (about 1½ cups), 3 tablespoons honey, and 1 cup water into a blender. Blend until smooth and thick with a slushy consistency. Transfer this mixture into a bowl and set aside.
  2. Rinse the blender thoroughly, then add chopped mangoes, remaining ice, remaining honey, and 1 cup water. Blend until smooth and thick, ensuring the consistency matches the strawberry layer for perfect layering.
  3. Take serving glasses and begin layering by adding spoonfuls of the mango mixture followed by the strawberry mixture. Continue alternating layers to create a natural swirl effect without fully mixing the colors.
  4. Insert a straw or spoon gently into the glass and lightly swirl once if desired. Serve immediately while cold and enjoy the refreshing fruity texture.
