Ingredients

  • | Dr Pepper chilled | 12 oz |
  • | Coconut cream thick | 2 tbsp |
  • | Blackberry syrup | 1–2 tbsp |
  • | Vanilla extract | 1/2 tsp |
  • | Ice cubes | 1 cup |

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass completely with fresh ice cubes to ensure the drink stays cold and refreshing.
  2. Pour the chilled Dr Pepper slowly over the ice, allowing bubbles to settle naturally.
  3. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of blackberry syrup directly into the soda, letting it sink and create a layered effect.
  4. In a small bowl, mix coconut cream with vanilla extract until smooth and slightly pourable.
  5. Gently pour the coconut cream mixture over the soda; do not stir immediately to maintain the visual swirl.
  6. Watch as the cream cascades through the soda, forming a beautiful marbled appearance.
  7. Lightly stir once or twice if you prefer a more blended flavor.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more blackberry syrup if needed.
  9. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon for mixing.
  10. Optionally garnish with fresh blackberries for presentation.
  11. For a richer taste, add an extra tablespoon of coconut cream.
  12. Ensure all ingredients are well chilled before preparation for best flavor.
  13. Avoid over-stirring to maintain layered aesthetics.
  14. Use high-quality syrup for a deeper berry flavor.
  15. Serve in a clear glass to highlight the visual appeal.
  16. Enjoy immediately for maximum fizz and freshness.
