Ingredients
  

  • 12 –14 ice cream sandwiches about 2 boxes
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce 240 ml
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter 190 g
  • 3 medium bananas sliced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce 120 ml
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits or crushed nuts 60 g
  • 2 cups whipped topping 480 ml, thawed
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup 60 ml, for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts 30 g, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Take a 9×13 inch baking dish and ensure it is clean and dry
  2. Arrange a single layer of ice cream sandwiches at the bottom of the dish
  3. Cut sandwiches if needed to fully cover the base without gaps
  4. Place the dish in the freezer while preparing the sauce layer
  5. In a bowl, slightly warm the hot fudge sauce until smooth and spreadable
  6. Add peanut butter into the warm fudge and mix until fully combined and creamy
  7. Remove the dish from the freezer and spread the peanut butter chocolate mixture evenly over the ice cream sandwiches
  8. Slice bananas into thin rounds
  9. Layer banana slices evenly over the chocolate-peanut butter layer
  10. Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the bananas
  11. Sprinkle toffee bits or crushed nuts across the surface for crunch
  12. Add another full layer of ice cream sandwiches on top
  13. Spread whipped topping evenly across the entire surface
  14. Smooth the top using a spatula for a clean finish
  15. Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap or foil
  16. Freeze for at least 3–4 hours or until fully set
  17. Once set, remove from freezer and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing
  18. Cut into squares using a sharp knife
  19. Drizzle chocolate syrup and extra caramel over each serving
  20. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top for garnish
  21. Serve immediately and enjoy
